Memorial Day In Wise County

Memorial Day celebrations in Wise County include:

• Let Freedom Ring is Saturday at Elm Creek Park in Alvord at 11 a.m. 
• Another Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Rhome Veteran’s Park at 10:30 a.m.
• The Wise County Veterans Group will conduct its Memorial Day program at 10 a.m. on Monday at the Wise County Veterans Memorial Park, 406 N. Trinity, in Decatur.

Wise County administrative offices will be closed Monday for the Memorial Day holiday. The Decatur dumpsite will also be closed Monday. City of Bridgeport offices and Library will close at noon on Friday and reopen Tuesday at 8 a.m. The Bridgeport Library will reopen at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
